Simi Valley Townhouses with Washer / Dryer
In general most Simi Valley buildings are designed with comfort and convenience of it's tenant's in mind and will have laundry facilities may be found in a common area accessible to all the tenants in the building, or tenant at an extra cost and expense can optionally select townhouse buildings that each unit will have it's own washer/dryer in each townhouse.
