(2) cats or (2) dogs or (1)cat and (1) dog will be allowed per apartment providing they are at least 1 (one) yeard old and are spayed/neutered. Breeds not accepted are: Akita, Bull Dog, Bloodhound, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo, Elkhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Malamute, Mountain Dog, Mastiff, Newfoundland, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Shepherd, Sheepdog, and Saint Bernard. There is an additional $50 pet rent per month in addition to a $500 pet deposit which is due prior to move in. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment. Prior to APPROVAL of your application, or before you acquire a pet, you must schedule a pet interview with management or provide management with a veterinarian certificate of health with the following information: name, breed, age, weight, proof of height, shots or vaccinations and spayed or neutered.
