The Villas is tropical paradise in the heart of the city, near the Museum District, and minutes from Beverly Hills, Hancock Park and the Wilshire Corridor! Relax & unwind after work in our heated pool or jacuzzi. If you prefer, work out in our state of the art fitness center, open six AM to midnight. We are a gated community with 24 hour monitored gatehouse and assigned underground parking. At the Villas we have something for everyone! Pets Accepted. We recognize that pets are part of the family; two pets per apartment home are welcome. We accept cats & dogs up to 30 lbs. There is a $500 pet deposit for cats & dogs; $150 per month pet rent for one dog, $200 for two dogs & a $25 monthly pet rent for each cat. We are pet friendly however; we do not accept certain breeds of dogs to include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
