One more try and then I'll probably rent it by this weekend. I'm looking preferably for single occupancy. I have plenty of good double occupancy applications so don't bother, but if you're one, you're at the front of the line. Come see this nice unit. It's the back half of a house in a quiet neighborhood. Easy parking on the street. Laundry room is shared. Nice big walk-in closet. I pay gas & electric, water, sewer and trash. Dang. Compare this to a $500 unit only it has more space, small yard, private gate. No pets, no smoking. E-mail me during the day and tell me when you can come. Evenings after 7 00 or this weekend by appointment. I'll e-mail back the application. I won't answer my cell until after 5 00 PM. Deposit is $800 but I can break it into 4 payments of $200 so move-in is $1000. I won't hold it past Aug 1. I'll show it evenings after at E. Donohoe
