What is an active property?

An active property feature is exclusive to us in the sense you do not have to re-enter your listing ever again. As long as your listing is not rented you can have your Listings active. We request that you deactivate your Listings once it has been rented. Active property is a property that has been added within the past 14 days and is currently available in the market. If your property is becoming available in advance of 30 days you may choose a longer period for which your units are active. We will notify you 2 days prior to your listings expiry to renew or deactivate your units via a notice or phone call.
