What services do you offer for landlords?
We maintain a very in depth and categorized database of rental units, with full details on every listing. Any features or restrictions that your rentals include can be added to your listings records, and can be searched and cross-indexed for member searches, making sure that only the right people call about your listing. We encourage pictures to be included with all listings, you may upload as many as 12 pictures per listing or send us your images (via e-mail or postal services), or at no charge to you.. Registered members have the option to specify a «Dream Apartment» based upon their own criteria for location, cost, features, etc. If your rental matches their criteria your listing will be immediately e-mailed to them. The days of posting ads in local newspapers and waiting weeks for a valid applicants to call are over!
