How long will my membership last?
Our Service fee is a One time Non-Recurring fee and we do not rebill your credit cards. Your membership continues for the period that you choose from the date that you join, but realistically most landlords require a 30 day notice of intent to vacate, so we recommend that you join for the 90 day period, so as to take your time and find the best place that fits your needs and make proper arrangements for your move. You may select a 30 to 90 day membership depending your needs.
